NGF/hTRKA Effector Reporter Cell
| I. Background | |
NGF 是神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子（NT）家族的成員，該家族還包括腦源性神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子 （BDNF）、神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子 3（NT-3）和神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子 4/5（NT-4/5）。神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子是發(fā) 育、維持和存活以及記憶形成和儲存的關鍵調(diào)節(jié)因子。NGF 在成年基底前腦能神經(jīng)元 （BFCN ）的刺激、存活和表型維持中起著關鍵作用。它在皮質(zhì)和海馬體中合成，并逆行 輸送到 BFCN 細胞體，觸發(fā)導致維持正常細胞功能和形態(tài)的過程。NGF 可以上調(diào)幾種 能標志物，即 ChAT 活性、基因表達和蛋白質(zhì)水平、乙酰合成和釋放以及囊泡乙酰轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白（VAChT）的表達。 | |
