I. Background
白細(xì)胞介素 5（IL5）是 Th2（2 型炎癥因子）細(xì)胞因子成員，主要由活化的 Th2、肥大細(xì)胞及嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞分泌，在嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞的生成、活化及生存調(diào)控中起核心作用。IL5 目前被認(rèn)為是 Th2 通路的關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動(dòng)因子之一，在自身免疫疾病中扮演重要角色。 IL-5 受體由特異性α鏈（IL-5Rα）和非特異性βc 鏈（與 IL-3、GM-CSF 受體共用）組成。當(dāng) IL-5 與 IL-5Rα相結(jié)合后，會(huì)結(jié)合βc 形成 IL-5/IL-5Rα/βc 復(fù)合物，激活胞內(nèi) JAK 激酶，進(jìn)而激活轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子 STAT1，3 和 5，使許多參與嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞增殖活化的基因的轉(zhuǎn) 錄。JAK2 和β鏈結(jié)合的 JAK1 能同時(shí)激活 Raf-1 和 NF-kB 信號(hào)通路，影響嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞的凋亡過程。被 IL-5 激活的信號(hào)通路還包括 PI3K 和 MAPK 兩條信號(hào)通路，可介導(dǎo)嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞的招募、成熟、分化和增殖。

II. Description
