| I. Background | |
| 白細胞免疫球蛋白樣受體 B (LILRB)家族成員是髓細胞活化的負調節(jié)因子。LILRBs 屬 于 I 型跨膜糖蛋白，為免疫抑制性受體，目前已知的 LILRBs 包括 LILRB1、LILRB2、 LILRB3、LILRB4、LILRB5。 LILRB2（也被稱作 ILT4）包含四個胞外 Ig 結構域、一個跨膜結構域和三個 ITIM 基序， LILRB2 主要由髓系細胞表達，并作為 MDSCs 的主要抑制性受體。LILRB2 主要在嗜堿性 粒細胞、單核細胞、巨噬細胞、DC 和造血干細胞中表達。LILRB2 也表達于內皮細胞、蛻 膜巨噬細胞，破骨細胞和神經細胞。 LILRB2 的配體包括Ⅰ類蛋白 CD1c 和 CD1d、血管生成素樣蛋白、Nogo 受體配體和β- 淀粉樣蛋白。結合之后，LILRB2 通過 ITIM 基序與 SHP-1 磷酸酶的關聯(lián)來轉導負信號。 | |
