| I. Background | |
IgE由兩條重鏈（ε鏈）和兩條輕鏈組成，Fc段含高親和力受體（FcεRI）結合位點，半衰期僅2-3天（IgG為21天）。作為免疫系統(tǒng)的“哨兵"，IgE既可結合寄生蟲表面抗原，激活嗜酸性粒細胞釋放毒性顆粒（如主要堿性蛋白），通過ADCC（抗體依賴細胞介導的細胞毒性）清除寄生蟲（如血吸蟲、鉤蟲）；也能因過度反應引發(fā)致命過敏；IgE還可靶向腫瘤抗原（如HER2），激活巨噬細胞ADCC效應；并且最近有研究指出，腦膜肥大細胞通過IgE-MRGPRX2可加劇阿爾茨海默病病理。 | |
